Job Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Prepare material and tools as stated in the setup sheet.
• Produces machined parts by programming, setup and operating the CNC Milling and Turning machine.
• Checking critical features and dimensions.
• Report on blunt or broken tools.
• Report on material required for production at low level.
• Perform proper maintenance procedures, keeping the machine/tools and workplace clean.

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.
• Having similar experience in Precision parts programming.
• Well versed in CADCAM, preference in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming.
• Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Familiar with Fanuc System and SolidCAM software.
• Able to do setting and programming.
