Job Description

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
• Prepare the materials and tools as stated in the setup sheet
• Produce machined parts by programming, Set-up and operating the CNC Milling and turning machine
• Checking critical features and dimensions
• Report on blunt or broken tools
• Report on material required for production at a low level
• Perform proper maintenance procedures and keep the machine/tools and workplace clean

Requirements

• Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.
• Having similar experience in Precision parts programming
• Well-versed in CADCAM, preference in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming
• Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
• Familiar with Fanuc System and SolidCAM software
• Able to do setting and programming
